Glen Rose Medical Center provides patients access to specific health information via an online medical record. If you are admitted as an inpatient or observation patient at Glen Rose Medical Center, once you are discharged you will be able to view your medical records online. During your stay you should have received an email with instructions on how to set up your username and instructions. If you did not receive an email from the hospital with that information please call the hospitals main number and request a portal login email.
